Intermediate Civil Technologist: Drafting and Design

DWB Consulting Services Ltd. is seeking applications for an Intermediate Civil Technician/Technologist with a minimum of 5 years practical experience in geometric designs. The successful candidate will be producing and mentoring the production of designs on a daily basis. Experience in civil survey will be an asset.

Duties

  • Project production with our engineering team.
  • Assist with team scheduling to achieve project timeline goals.
  • Client liaison to achieve appropriate project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma from accredited institution with minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Proficient in design/construction, surveying concepts, geometric designs, quality control, general office procedures, and people skills.
  • Able to prioritize objectives and work varied hours.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
  • Reliable team member with organizational and sound judgment skills.
  • Highly functional in C3D/CAD processes & varied computer experience.
  • This position is primarily an office based one but field assignments can be expected from time to time.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with Resource Road experience.
